Pay for the loads you book.

A load counts once, in the month it’s booked, whichever company in your group books it. Drafts and document reads never count. A load cancelled within 24 hours of booking, before any stop was departed and before an invoice, is given back. The full rules are in the table above.

Free: 25 loads a month, 6,000 AI credits a week (about 6 rate con reads; about 26,000 credits a month), 3 office users, 5 trucks and 1 company. Starter: 60 loads a month and 50,000 credits a week (about 50 rate con reads; about 217,000 credits a month). Growth: 200 loads, 150,000 credits a week (about 150 rate con reads; about 650,000 credits a month) and 2 companies. Fleet: 600 loads, 350,000 credits a week (about 350 rate con reads; about 1,517,000 credits a month) and 5 companies. Plan credits refill every Monday. What a week leaves unused carries into the next, up to one week’s amount. Credits you buy last 12 months. Paid plans have unlimited office users and trucks. Drivers are unlimited and free on every plan.

We tell you at 80% and at 100%, in the app and with one e-mail. Then you get a grace of 10% more loads, at least 5 (3 on Free). After the grace, booking a new load needs more room. On paid plans, that’s a load pack, a boost or the next plan. On Free and the preview, it’s a paid plan once they open, or your monthly reset. Nothing already booked is ever blocked, and the driver app never stops.

Free has 3 office users, you included, and invitations still waiting count too. It has 5 active trucks: trailers and archived trucks don’t count. Adding a fourth user or a sixth truck needs a paid plan (opening soon). Drivers are never office users.

Every new account gets 30 days of every feature, with Free’s limits (25 loads, 3 office users, 5 trucks, 1 company) and a one-time 50,000 AI credits, about 50 rate con reads. No card. On day 31 the account moves to Free by itself: nothing is lost and nothing is charged. Verify your e-mail to book more than 3 loads and to use AI reads.

Annual plans are billed once a year, at ten months’ price. Starter is C$82.50 a month, billed C$990 a year (US$65.83 a month, billed US$790 a year); Growth is C$207.50 a month, billed C$2,490 a year (US$165.83 a month, billed US$1,990 a year); Fleet is C$499.17 a month, billed C$5,990 a year (US$399.17 a month, billed US$4,790 a year). Annual plans run to the end of the term, and your first payment comes with the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Not for you? Get your first payment back within 30 days, once per business. If you used more than 60 loads or 200,000 AI credits (about 200 rate con reads) in that time, we keep that extra use at cost. The refund goes back to how you paid, and your account moves to Free with all its data.

On paid plans an extra company is C$29 (US$23) a month. Yards and terminals under one legal company are not extra companies, and a person can belong to any number of companies.

Yes to US dollars. Every price is set in both currencies, not converted at the day’s exchange rate: Starter is C$99 or US$79 a month. Your account is billed in one currency, from its first company’s country: Canadian dollars in Canada, US dollars in the United States, and the account’s owner can change it on the plan page until the first payment. TranSof is in English; French is on the way, and until the French terms exist, paid plans can’t be bought with a Quebec billing address.
